Education and Training
Dr. Auerbach graduated, with honors at the top of his class, from New York University's College of Dentistry. Dr. Auerbach was immediately accepted into the prestigous Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program at SUNY-Downstate Medical Center. Highly recruited out of training, Dr. Auerbach initially joined a midtown, Manhattan, Park Ave. practice.
After some time, Dr. Auerbach and his family moved from New York City to Bergen County, New Jersey and began practicing the full scope of his specialty in Northern New Jersey. In 2007, Dr. Auerbach's vision of the optimal patient experience was finally realized with the inception of Riverside Oral Surgery.

Surgical Staff
Our staff is trained in assisting with Intravenous (IV) sedation or outpatient general anesthesia in our state-of-the-art office setting. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery.
The surgical staff at Riverside Oral Surgery are experienced, certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, who assist in administration of IV sedation and surgery.
All team members are informed and experienced personnel, well-versed in health and insurance policies, and are certified in cardiac life support.
Our surgical assistants adhere to a formal and regular continuing education schedule that is annually reevaluated to ensure their knowledge base is pertinent and up to date
